What is long-term rental?
Long-term rental (also known as long-term car hire or extended car rental) means renting a new car for months or years for a fixed monthly fee. You don't have to buy it, sign a lease agreement or pay a down payment: the monthly fee covers use of the car, servicing, tax, insurance and tyres.
With us, long-term car rental is especially flexible: the term starts from just 6 months, the mileage allowance is 2 000–4 000 km per month depending on the car, and at the end you simply return the car. The list below includes every model currently available for rent, with real monthly fees updated daily.
Important: we don't offer daily or weekly car hire. All our rentals are for at least 6 months — after that, they can be extended, with a 30-day notice period.

Long-term rental for companies
Long-term rental for companies is the most flexible way to get a company car: no down payment, no tied-up capital, no depreciation risk, and no need to commit for 3–4 years as with an operating lease. The net monthly fee is predictable and covers all running costs.
With us, car rental for companies works for anything from a single car to a small fleet: your colleagues can choose from the models, while we handle servicing, tyre changes and insurance — effectively outsourced fleet management at no extra charge.
Company car: leasing, long-term rental or buying?
A company car lease (finance or operating lease) usually ties you in for 36–60 months, with a down payment or a residual value. Buying ties up capital and comes with depreciation. Long-term rental, on the other hand, also works short-term, and the monthly fee includes all running costs — which is why more and more SMEs are choosing it.
Always discuss the tax aspects (VAT deduction, company car tax, booking as an expense) with your accountant; detailed comparison: company car: operating lease or long-term rental.
Net monthly fee, predictable costs
Your company car costs a single fixed amount. No unexpected service bills, tyre change or insurance fees.
No tied-up capital
Unlike company car leasing, your money stays in your business — a refundable deposit is all it takes.
Flexible term
For a project, a new colleague or a season: from just 6 months, then extend or switch.
Fleet management included
Servicing, tyres, insurance and claims handling all in one place — you just need to name the driver.
Premium brands
BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, MINI and electric models — prestigious new cars.
Contact in Slovak, English or German
One contact person, in Slovak, English or German — a quick offer and handover of the car.
Long-term rental for individuals
Long-term rental for individuals is ideal for anyone who wants to drive a new car but doesn't want to take out a loan, pay a down payment, or deal with selling the car and its depreciation. You pay one fixed monthly fee, which includes servicing, tax, insurance and summer/winter tyres.
We offer long-term rental primarily to companies registered for VAT; the monthly fee is shown excl. VAT. Are you a private individual or a business without a VAT ID? Call us – we will find the right solution for you too. Leasing for private individuals often means a long commitment and a down payment; with long-term rental a refundable deposit is enough.
No loan, no down payment
No loan-style down payment, no purchase price — just a refundable deposit.
Always a new car
After six months or a year, you can switch to a different, newer model.
No hassle selling
No advertising, haggling or hunting for a buyer — just hand it back and you're done.
Predictable costs
Servicing, tyres, tax and insurance included: you just need to fill up or charge.
Electric cars on long-term rental
Long-term rental of an electric car is the lowest-risk way to switch to an EV: no need to worry about battery ageing, fast-changing technology or falling used EV prices — at the end of the rental, you simply hand the car back.
The monthly fee covers servicing, tax, insurance and tyres; you only pay for charging, which when done at home usually costs a fraction of the price of petrol. We wrote about financing options for electric cars in our article on electric car leasing and subsidies.

Choose a car and request a quoteFAQ about long-term rental
Can I rent a car from you by the day or week?+
No. We don't offer daily or weekly car hire — all our rentals are long-term rentals, with a minimum term of 6 months.
How much does long-term rental cost?+
With us the monthly fee excl. VAT starts from 842 €/month; premium SUVs usually from 1 110–1 250 €, large SUVs from 1 790 €. The exact fee depends on the model, version, rental period and mileage limit — the list below shows the real fees, updated daily.
What does the monthly fee include?+
Servicing and maintenance, vehicle tax, third-party liability insurance and comprehensive insurance, plus a set of summer and winter tyres. Fuel or charging is paid by the renter.
Do I need a down payment for long-term rental?+
No. We only ask for a one-off, refundable deposit of 2 000–10 000 €, depending on the model. If there's no damage, it's refunded in full at the end of the rental.
What is the minimum rental period?+
Long-term rental is for at least 6 months — from 6 months up to 12, 24 or even 36 months. That's a much shorter commitment than the usual 3–4 years of an operating lease, and at the end of the term you can extend or switch to a new model.
Can I rent long-term as a private individual?+
Yes, get in touch. We prepare offers for private individuals individually – call +421 915 410 555 or write to info@caradvance.sk.
Can a company claim the long-term rental fee as an expense?+
The rental fee can be booked as a business expense; check the treatment of VAT and company car tax with your accountant. Details: long-term rental for companies.
What happens at the end of the rental?+
You return the car, and if there's no damage or excess mileage, your deposit is refunded. You don't have to sell it, depreciation isn't your problem — and if you like, you can switch to a new model straight away.
Can the long-term rental fee be claimed as a company expense?+
The rental fee can be booked as a business expense. Your accountant can give you a precise answer on VAT deductibility and company car tax based on your company's situation.
How much does a company car cost on long-term rental?+
The monthly fee excl. VAT starts from 842 €/month; a mid-size premium SUV (BMW X1, Mercedes GLB, Audi Q3) costs around 1 110–1 140 €, a business saloon or estate around 1 140–1 490 € per month.
Can we rent several cars?+
Yes, from a single car to a small fleet. For multiple cars we'll make a custom offer, and the models can even differ from colleague to colleague.
Who can drive the car?+
The drivers named in the contract. The exact conditions are set out in the quote.
How much is the deposit for a company rental?+
A one-off, refundable deposit of 2 000–10 000 €, depending on the model — no down payment.
How much is the monthly fee for private individuals?+
We prepare offers for private individuals individually. Call us and we will find the right solution.
Do I need proof of income or a credit check?+
We don't lend money — we rent cars. We'll specify exactly which documents are needed for the contract, and the deposit amount, in the quote.
How is it different from leasing?+
With leasing, the car typically becomes yours at the end of the term, but in return you pay a down payment and commit for longer. With long-term rental there's no down payment or depreciation, all costs are included in the fee, and the commitment is shorter.
Can I take the car abroad?+
Yes, the car has German plates; the conditions for use abroad are set out in the contract.
Which is the cheapest electric car available for rent?+
Currently CUPRA Raval, from 1 005 €/month (excl. VAT).
What about the battery?+
With long-term rental, the battery's condition and value aren't your risk — you simply return the car at the end of the rental.
Is charging included in the monthly fee?+
