A new BMW X3 from Germany — why is it worth it?
BMW X3 has for years been one of the most sought-after mid-size premium SUVs: spacious, versatile, and yet offering a sporty driving experience. If you want a new car, the German market's offer is an order of magnitude wider than the Slovak one — so we will find exactly the drivetrain, equipment, colour and configuration you had in mind. CarAdvance has been importing premium cars from Germany since 2003, turnkey, with all formalities fully handled.
Which X3 powertrain is right for me?
The 20d diesel (197 hp) is the favourite of high-mileage drivers who cover long distances — with excellent fuel economy. The petrol 20 xDrive mild hybrid (208 hp) is refined and powerful. If you also want to plug in, the 30e plug-in hybrid offers a substantial all-electric range, while the range-topping M50 xDrive delivers six-cylinder M Performance power. We'll help you choose the right version for you.
How much does a new BMW X3 cost?
The price of the BMW X3 depends on the drivetrain and equipment; the base 20 xDrive starts at the price shown excl. VAT.
Buy, lease or rent?
Whatever suits you best: besides a custom order, the X3 is also available with financing and leasing, at a predictable monthly fee. And if you would rather not own it, the model can also be yours on long-term rental. Looking for a bigger SUV? Take a look at the BMW X5 and the electric iX3 too.

What VAT do I pay on a new car?+
Within the EU, a new car (up to 6 months from first registration or with no more than 6 000 km) is always taxed in the buyer's country – in Slovakia at 23 % VAT. Caradvance GmbH invoices you without German VAT and you pay the Slovak VAT in Slovakia: a private individual at their tax office within 7 days of purchase, a company in its VAT return. We will explain the procedure when you order. The advantage is the German price and choice, not a lower VAT.

Yes — the X3 is also available on long-term rental, for a single, predictable monthly fee that can include servicing and insurance.
How long does the import take?+
It depends on the chosen configuration, but typically a few weeks. We handle every step of the sourcing process, including registration and putting the car on the road.
